Aloha!

My name is Jade. I was born and raised on the island of O’ahu. I’m 26 years old and a cancer. I am also mother to 4 beautiful children: Serenidy, Ariana, Elijah, and Damian.

I am self employed as a licensed and certified semi-permanent make up artist, specializing in powder ombré eyebrows. I am also self employed as a direct sales distributor for the number one luxury hair and skin care company called Modern Nature, which also put me in a position to help lead others that value time and financial freedom to the same level of success.

Prior to becoming self employed, I was employed as a medical assistant, a nurse aid, phlebotomist, and a hemodialysis technician. I decided to resign from work to pursue a career in nursing, but.. COVID. I put school on the back burner to focus on helping my oldest transition to distance learning and caring for my younger babies.

Being home with my children was the biggest challenge I ever faced, but it also made me realize how much quality time I miss out on every time I step foot out the door to go to school or work. Realizing this inspired me to “become my own boss” so that I can be around my children as much as I can while still having the ability to survive economically, especially in Hawai’i where the average home is now priced at $1M!
