Hello! I’m Jessica and I’m a lot of things: wife, mother, sister, friend, mental health advocate, educator, member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Floridian, Hoosier, amateur artist, Hufflepuff, enneagram 6w5, INFJ, and — a writer.

Like everyone my lenses play a role in not just my identity, but also how I view and interact with the world around me. I am fascinated with how perception equates to reality. Truth never changes, but our experiences, our beliefs, our fears, our desires— all these things shape what truth looks like in our lives.

My writing explores personal observations and emotions to more closely examine and better understand the human experience.
