Aloha mai kāua ‘o Kaitlyn-Teige Joy Hemakanamaekalani Kaimikaua ko’u inoa. My first name is Kaitlyn-Teige. I am committed to nurturing my relationship with our Divine Creator.

Since 2019; after facing my first identity crisis, I have been consciously reprogramming my thinking patterns, daily habits, and core belief systems. Along the way I’ve attracted tools that assist my journey in overcoming depression, anxiety, insecurities, fear and self-sabotage.

My dream is to live a life I love. While simultaneously embracing challenges as a part of the process.

We were born into a broken world. Trauma is stored in the DNA for seven generations back.

Although trauma has been passed down from generations, I believe healing has the potential to positively initiate change in the course of the future. EPIGENETICS
