Everything is made up of energy, and this energy connects us all.
This means that our reality as we know it isn’t fixed, and isn’t outside of our control. Through pranayama (breath) we can tap into this energy, and energy work enables us to influence, balance and alter it.

I offer private sessions in different pranayama and energy healing techniques, ranging from traditional yogic breathing practices to chakra and energy work using colour, sound, visualisation and gestures—as stand alone practices or combined with meditation and body work. We’ll discuss what your goals are and decide on the right approach for you.
Sessions last approximately 45 minutes and can be either in person or on Zoom.
You’ll also receive the Kahlani Wellness Method handbook pdf, which details some of the philosophy and practices of my approach.
