Hiyeee! My name is Chantel Marie, a licensed cosmetologist since 2006. I attended the Maui Academy of Cosmetology. Although I took some time off from doing hair, it has always been my passion. Despite the world changing in 2021, I decided to take a leap of faith and return to hairstyling full time.

When creating a brand and name for my salon, I wanted to create something that reflected one of the most important things that I hold close to my heart; Family. I am of Japanese & Portuguese background. Kami being of Japanese language & Cabelo being of Portuguese language, both words translate to "hair".

My hopes are to allow each client to feel welcomed, comfortable, loved and beautiful while in and leaving my chair. And of course, "Crack uuup"!!! We all have beauty inside and out, let's glow together!

I'm grateful for all my clients, family, hula family and all friends who have supported me and encouraged me to live my best life.
