Adobe Lightroom
My main app for editing on my phone,
Free in the App Store & Google play!
TouchRetouch
I use this app for unwanted people, objects, anything really in the background of my photos.
$4 in the App Store!
Sun Surveyor Lite
This app is a great way to understand where the sun is going to be as well as the exact time for sunrise and sunset to capture the best golden hour/blue hour photos! (This one is also free 😉)
Picsart
I usually use Picsart to add elements into my photos if they are lacking something “special”. However there are some great in app features! It is a free app, but I do pay a subscription.
Snapseed
Another good app with some great overall features, however I mainly use this app for expanding my photos. They also cut the price down to free for iPhones and Androids!

As a beginner you look for quality and affordability. I did some extensive research for what products and brands would fit my needs best and this is what I bought to start my photography journey. I encourage you to do the same. I anticipate my gear list to change as I go on taking more photos, however I will always keep these here for my beginners.
