🔺 GENERAL TERMS 🔻
👁️ Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of your order.  
👁️ I have the right to reject any order for any reason.


🔺 PAYMENT 🔻
👁️ Currency accepted is either USD, EUR or BRL (Brazilian currency) and can be paid through PayPal, Picpay or bank transfer (if you, the client, resides in Brazil).   
👁️ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or after the sketch approval/revisions. I won't send you the full file until the full payment is done.  


🔻 PROCESS🔺
👁️ The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 days - 1 week depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece or other work.  
👁️ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.


🔻 REVISIONS 🔺
👁️ You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.  
👁️ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.  
👁️ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.


🔺 COPYRIGHT & USAGE 🔻
I, Kasokki (the artist):  
👁️ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.  
👁️ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.   
👁️ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.  

🔻You (the customer/commissioner):  
👁️ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.  
👁️ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.  
👁️ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. If you want to print it on any surface (shirts, mugs, pillows and other) then it MUST be for personal use only.  

🔻The following is considered copyright infringement:​  
👁️ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.  
👁️ Claiming the artwork as your own  
👁️ Altering the artwork without my consent
👁️ Removing my watermark

🔺 CANCELLATION & REFUND 🔻
👁️ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.  
👁️ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.  
👁️ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

🔺 PAGAMENTO 🔻
👁️ As moedas aceitas são o dólar ou real e pode ser pago via PayPal, Picpay ou transferência bancária.
👁️ As comissões podem ser pagas 100% adiantado ou após a aprovação / revisões do esboço, mas não vou enviar o arquivo completo antes que o pagamento integral seja feito.

🔻 PROCESSO 🔺
👁️ O tempo que leva para terminar sua encomenda varia de 2 dias a 1 semana dependendo de fatores como minha saúde, complexidade da peça encomendada ou outros trabalhos.
👁️ Assim que a peça for concluída, você receberá a imagem em resolução máxima. Observe que não há produto físico.

🔻 REVISÕES 🔺
👁️ Você recebe 3 rodadas de alterações na peça encomendada incluídas no preço.
👁️ Uma taxa será adicionada se você quiser que algo seja alterado no produto final - a menos que um mal-entendido da minha parte tenha sido cometido.
👁️ Se desejar que eu altere algo no desenho que você aprovou anteriormente, cobrarei uma taxa para alterá-lo. O valor da cobrança extra depende da alteração que você deseja que eu faça e geralmente é baseado em um salário por hora.

🔺 DIREITOS AUTORAIS E USO 🔻
Eu, Kasokki (o artista):
👁️ Eu me reservo o direito de cancelar e reembolsar o pedido a qualquer momento por qualquer motivo.
👁️ Eu mantenho todos os direitos autorais sobre a arte comissionada.
👁️ Eu me reservo o direito de publicar a arte encomendada online, em meu portfólio, bem como em publicações como livros de arte.

🔻 Você (o cliente):
👁️ Você pode postar a arte comissionada em qualquer site e redes sociais.
👁️ Você NÃO pode alterar a obra de arte comissionada sem o meu consentimento (do artista).
👁️ Você NÃO pode usar a arte comissionada para fins comerciais. Se você quiser imprimi-lo em qualquer superfície (camisetas, canecas, travesseiros e outros), DEVE ser apenas para uso pessoal.

🔻 O seguinte é considerado violação de direitos autorais:
👁️ Reproduzir / usar comercialmente a obra de arte protegida por direitos autorais - significa ganhar dinheiro com ela de qualquer forma não excluída destes termos.
👁️ Reivindicar a obra de arte como sua
👁️ Alterar a arte sem meu consentimento
👁️ Remover minha marca d'água

🔺 CANCELAMENTO E REEMBOLSO 🔻
👁️ O comprador não tem direito a reembolso uma vez que comecei a trabalhar na comissão.
👁️ Se por algum motivo eu não conseguir iniciar sua comissão, você receberá um reembolso total.
👁️ Se você cancelar seu pedido antes de iniciá-lo, poderá obter um reembolso integral.
