Allow me to introduce myself. 👋🏼

I’m a Michigan girl, a mama of two babes (Noah, 10 & Penelope, 8), and a firm believer that life gets better when you stop waiting for “perfect” and start showing up messy, real, and powerful.

I married to someone I met in high school, but my real love story has been learning to come home to myself.

I grew up active and healthy — but like most of us, college hit me with a wave of bad habits: late nights, junk food, zero sleep, energy drinks, and everything else that felt like “fun” at the time.

I gained about 60 pounds in 3 years.

Life moved fast — weddings, babies, moves — and with both of my pregnancies, I gained major weight again (over 100 pounds with my second).

But there was no single “lightbulb moment.”
It was just me, standing in my own life one day, exhausted and tired of feeling stuck.

I realized no one was coming to rescue me.
If I wanted change, I had to become the woman who could create it.

Over the last 7 years:
• I’ve lost a total of 134 pounds.
• I rebuilt my strength — body, mind, and spirit.
• I stopped making excuses.
• I fell back in love with myself.

It wasn’t magic.
It was messy.
It was real.

And it’s still a work in progress — because life isn’t a before-and-after photo. It’s a journey you honor every day.

I built my Instagram to stay accountable to myself — but also to remind other women (especially mamas) that you’re still worthy of taking up space.
