I’m Katie, an Affiliate Broker at CHORD Real Estate in Nashville. I’m a newlywed, a dog mom, a licensed yoga teacher and coffee lover. My husband and I relocated to Nashville in February 2021 and are in the process of remodeling a mid century modern home on six acres.

I’ve always had the entrepreneur bug but was never quite sure how I wanted to apply. Then in 2018 the opportunity to take a Real Estate course presented itself and changed everything. I was immediately hooked! At the time, I was working as a Property Manager and loved that being a Realtor allowed me to build a strong bond with clients while helping them achieve their goals and run my own business.

I specialize in first time home buyers, first time home sellers and buyers relocating to Middle TN. I also know a thing or two about Real Estate investing, we own an investment property in IL and are currently house hacking our home in TN.
