I grew up always wondering why I was here, why things happened to me the way they did, when will it get easier & am I even deserving of a good life? I pondered this for a long time, till one day, I told myself, YOU ARE ENOUGH! & started taking action on what would make me better mentally & physically. Everything starts from your thoughts! What you tell yourself holds such a huge significance, so whatever it is, make sure it’s something positive & that it’ll grow you in the right direction!
I believe in everyone, more than they believe in themselves, which is why I love what I do, day in & day out 🙏
