I'm Katy Andrews, an HR professional turned coach, specializing in helping individuals like you to navigate stress in the 9-5 and home life.

With a background in HR, I understand the pressures of corporate environments and the toll it can take on mental well-being.

Having faced my own challenges, from family issues to job losses and pretty much everything in between, I've learned valuable lessons that inform my coaching approach.

My goal and purpose is to empower you to conquer stress, reclaim your time and thrive in all aspects of your life.

Yes- I understand that you are frustrated and your confidence is impacted because you feel there are not enough hours in a day.

There's so much you want to achieve in life and you just find that you don't have the time or energy and in turn it stresses you out a lot.

I have been there, in 9-5 jobs, stressed and feeling like besides doing my best that it is just not good enough.

- **What is coaching and how does it work?

Coaching is a collaborative process where we address your concerns, set goals, and devise strategies for success.

- **Qualifications and certifications?

- I hold an accredited certification from The Coaching Masters and ICF and have over three years of coaching experience.

I also have a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and Therapy and offer talking therapy sessions should you need to make peace with the past before dealing with your future.

Please not I am not registered in counselling.

- **Specialization?

- I specialize in stress & time management, confidence and goal setting, offering tailored guidance to meet your needs effectively.

- **Session frequency and duration?

- Typically, sessions occur weekly or biweekly, lasting about 60 minutes each. Or you can book one off sessions.

- **Confidentiality?

- All information shared during sessions remains strictly confidential. I know as ex HR Professional I understand the important of protecting your confidentiality.

- **What to expect?

Expect a supportive environment where we clarify goals, identify obstacles, and develop actionable plans.

- **Scheduling sessions?

Sessions can be scheduled via the links on the first page of this website.

- **Rescheduling or canceling?

- Please notify me 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancelation.

**Why is there a charge for the de-stress compatibility session?

I have found from experience that a small charge for the de-stress session results in more dedication from clients to show up, and put in the work in a positive way.
