Welcome to the fun part of my life!

A little background to my story. I am 31 years old and I have worked in the food service industry for over 14 years now. Early on I got selected to go help train a struggling store keep up with their business, this was a big honor and basically the beginning of my management career. After this experience I transferred to a store that had room for a team manager. I became what I set out to do and I was only In that position for 10 months until they gave me a promotion to assistant manager 2. Now I was In this position for almost 3 years before my next promotion to A.M 1. The thing was after hitting team manager all of my raises consisted of my promotions. Now I would work extremely hard, to set up the day as perfectly as I could for the next manager. I would put everyone else’s needs above my own and I do several other positions all at once when we were short handed. I gave my body and soul to my job. Sadly, they had an system set up in place at the time where I would only get a raise if our store performed extremely well, and the whole management team was graded together. Which was fair to a point but it felt like my individual efforts was always missed and never acknowledged. Even though I loved my career that I built for myself in my very first job, it took until 2018-19 to be paid fairly. But with all of the stress and responsibilities I go through every single day; I knew that it wasn’t what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Then in November of 2019 I found my vehicle to achieving so much more out of life. Monat gave me the opportunity to dream bigger, and gave me the confidence that I needed to step out of my comfort zone and show what I am capable of and earn what I am worth! I do this by helping other people achieve their hair and skin goals! So they feel happy, beautiful and confident! I also love to help hard working people grow their own personal businesses! So they can dream bigger, support their loved ones and help others do the same! We are all about living beautiful lives together.
