Thank you so much for coming to meet me!I am excited to have the chance to connect with you. My name is Kayla Starr. I am a mom of 2. I am married to my high school sweetheart. We were 17 and 18 years old when we started dating. We got pregnant early on in our relationship. Tj (my husband) decided he was going to really pick up the responsibility and work extra hard, so I was able to stay home with our baby. He is and angel and he most definitely made that happen. I have been able to be a stay-at-home mom for almost 12 years now. Landing this job with It Works! Global has been my first job since I was 16. Crazy right? yes, this has been a blessing but that meant I had ZERO work experience under my belt. Talk about scary and overwhelming. I started my wellness business here March 30th, 2021. I really only joined for the skinny brew coffee to be honest and to start a small side income coming in. Since joining so much has changed. I have found out my calling so to speak. I thought I was meant to be JUST A MOM AND WIFE FOREVER. I came from a rougher background, and I just simply thought my life was played out for me already. I thought me being blessed with a man who truly loved and cared for me was good enough because I knew it was better than what I seen growing up. I didn't believe in dreaming bigger till I got around like-minded people who strived to be better and realized I have been holding myself back from a whole lot more life.
