Originally from Kyrgyzstan, I made my way to Google as a Sr. Technology Manager after studying Political Science at the University of Montana and supporting small businesses at J.P Morgan Chase Bank for about five years.

I am passionate about economic mobility and providing access to these tools and methods to people of all backgrounds. I believe people are much more than their experience and education on paper.

I really enjoy helping people learn how to harness the power of change in designing their careers and lives in an effective and joyful way.
