Delivery will be made by 3rd party company called Lalamove.

We use their car delivery service which is safer for the cakes.

We check our cakes before delivering and will send a picture to you.

Any damages caused during delivery is outside of our control, therefore we cannot take responsibility for it.

DELIVERY TIME
The time that you choose is the PICK UP time. This is NOT the time of RECEIVING the cake.

1. The cake
Vanilla cake is made by combining classic American butter cake and Japanese cotton sponge cake. This made our cake stays moist yet soft and fluffy.

Chocolate cake
Classic chocolate cake, not too light and not too dense. Perfectly moist and tender.

2. The buttercream
We make our own buttercream using Italian Meringue Buttercream. This buttercream is not too sweet and provides silky smooth texture.
We also use 100% French butter so you won't have that sticky feeling on the top of your mouth roof.

3. Shelf-life
Best eaten within 3-4days. Please follow our cake storage guide that is provided with the cake to ensure your cake freshness.

4. Designs
Since all designs are handmade, designs cannot be 100% the same with the example shown, whether it is from the internet or from our page.

This also apply to colors they appear differently in different screens.

We DO NOT ACCEPT fondant figurines requests.

We try our best to make it as similar as what you requested.

5. Receiving the cake
DO NOT LEAVE THE CAKE IN HOT AREA/DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

1. Delivery Address Change
We use a 3rd party company (Lalamove) to deliver your cakes. We book a driver as soon as we received your payment to ensure that we get a driver that can deliver your cake on the time that you wish.

Since Lalamove does not allow changes after this booking, we can't change your delivery address after the booking is done.

Please ensure that you have the right address written and someone to receive the cake.

2. Design Change
We allow design changes at maximum H-5.

3. Date Change
Only possible if the chosen date for the change has free slot.

!!! We will try our best to satisfy your needs. However, since miscommunications may occur for any changes, we DO NOT RECOMMEND it. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund will be provided at 50% before H-7 of delivery date.

Ex: Cake ordered on the 1 June for delivery on 15 June.

Canceled on the 3 June: refund 50%
Canceled on the 7 June: refund 50%
Canceled on the 8 June: no refund
