What is coaching?

Coaching gets you from where you are to where you want to be. We focus on moving forward, rather than staying stuck in the past. As the client, YOU are the expert. My job is to help you unlock new awareness, explore self-discovery, & elicit client based solutions.

What makes you unique?

Align your life with Kelaiah Daws: your “Spiritual Adjuster.” When we have spiritual misalignment, it pinches our soul, which in turn affects our body. My heart beats to help you gain alignment in your body, soul, and spirit. You were designed to operate in complete wholeness. As we lay hold of our true identity, we can learn how to walk in Godfidence and authority through the power of the Holy Spirit. I would love to come alongside you in your journey, allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal hidden treasures in your life. In YOUR life as it is in HEAVEN!

I am a Certified Christian Leadership Coach, Holistic Ministry Coach, Kingdom builder, and pioneering spirit. I specialize in inner healing, guiding young Kingdom-minded women on a transformative journey toward unleashing their prophetic voices. Dedicated to living a life surrendered to the Holy Spirit, I lead with exhortation, miracles, and healing. My mission is to empower leaders, builders, entrepreneurs, and influential believers to break free from the fear of man & heal from any childhood trauma or relational wounds, so that they can embrace their true purpose and destiny.

Isaiah 53:5 NIV says, “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.”

I am a product of the healing power of Jesus and have experienced the Father taking me on journey through knowing my identity and worth as a daughter of Christ, developing Godfidence, and understanding what it looks like to walk in my authority in Him. Being coached has changed the way I see myself, Jesus, Father God, and the Holy Spirit. It has also shaped the way I see those around me through God’s eyes, allowing me to walk in true freedom.

Driven by the transformation I have witnessed in my own life and in the lives of those I coach, my goal is to build healthy leaders who walk confidently and freely in their God-given purpose. I envision a world where every young woman is activated in their true identity in Christ, free from the constraints of fear and people-pleasing, and leading from a place of authority and wholeness. It’s time to stand UP and stand OUT.
