What is coaching?

Coaching gets you from where you are to where you want to be. We focus on moving forward, rather than staying stuck in the past. As the client, YOU are the expert. My job is to help you unlock new awareness, explore self-discovery, & elicit client based solutions.

What makes me unique?

I am a Holistic Life Coach specializing in Inner Healing. Therefore, my focus is on the whole person - body, soul, & spirit.

What do you do?

I help women discover the roots of the weeds that are holding them back from experiencing true healing and freedom in Jesus.

What do you mean?

Galatians 5:1 says, “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery”

Isaiah 53:5 NIV says, “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.”

My heart is see women come back to the simplicity of being a daughter of the King of Kings. That is our identity alone. We are made whole in the Father. Any lie, disease, sickness, addiction, trauma, generational curse, or soul tie does not have the final say. Jesus does. And that is enough.

I come alongside women through a coaching relationship by inviting the Holy Spirit to reveal hidden treasures in their life.

I am a product of the healing power of Jesus and have experienced the Father taking me on journey through knowing my identity and worth as a daughter of Christ, developing Godfidence, and understanding what it looks like to walk in my authority in Him. Being coached by a Life Coach has changed the way I see myself and those around me, allowing me to walk in true freedom.
