I’m a mama, artist, movement artist, and a facilitator of conscious movement and creative flow.

I feel a deep call to remind women of their power and innate wisdom by holding space for them to experience their own intuitive movement and creative energy.

I deeply believe we are all creative beings. I also believe when we allow ourselves to experience and tap into our authentic creative energy we can experience healing, strength, divine guidance, connection, and an abundance of joy and pleasure- all of which then flows over into our daily lives.

I believe you already have all of the tools and answers you need within you. But, if you’re feeling a call for some guidance I would be honored to hold space for your journey of remembering who you truly are.
