My name is Kelsi and I’m from Port Orange, FL. FAMILY is the most important thing to me. I have the most selfless and amazing life partner, Vic, and the most precious son named Kace. We also have a puppy daughter named Baylee who is the princess of our home.

I attended The University of Alabama in college where I attained both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the business and leadership fields. Being a part of the Alabama Softball program during college was a true life changing experience. Not only did we compete for and win many championships on the field TOGETHER, we learned the true meaning of teamwork and gratitude which are two values that are instilled in me to this day.

I’m currently the head softball coach at a Division II institution here in Daytona Beach, FL. It’s a true honor to be a mentor to current college student-athletes and give back to the game that has given so much to me. I truly believe in the term servant-leadership and that you must serve others to fulfill your destiny.

I decided to join the Monat family because I wanted to improve my hair, skin, and wellness routines and also help others do the same. Gaining a team of empowering women will be the best bonus — teamwork makes the dream work!
