After a series of rock bottoms, I decided I not only wanted to get sober, I *had* to. I was so tired of living in a fog, missing my whole life as it passed by, and not being present for the important things. My decision has stuck almost 2 years now. I created a sober Instagram to help myself and to ideally help others too. I also ultimately created the East Coast Sober Squad, a sober community for women.
