Hey Everyone!
In August of 2019, I decided to take charge of my health. I was a single momma, significantly overweight (5’3 and 178lbs), moody, and lacked energy to keep up with my son.
After researching, I decided to follow a ketogenic diet where I lost 20 pounds within my first 30 days, and in total I’ve lost 41 pounds!!!! From there I learned about how to keep up with the nutrition my body needs, and became a certified keto health nutrition coach!!!
I love helping others, and have decided to pursue my passion of helping others take control of their health’
