Hey Guys!

I've struggled with my weight my whole life! I got to my highest of 202 in 2009 to my lowest of 133 in 2015 but I was not happy! Yes, every single time I was determined but for ALL the wrong reasons. I wanted to ONLY be skinny and I wasn't thinking about my health. Well, I'm not getting any younger. I hit 46 this year and back up to 182lbs in June suffering from RA, fibromyalgia, thyroidism (thyroid removed) and migraines. Besides these health conditions, I also suffered from depression, anxiety amongst other life dramas. I knew it was time to step it up, time for a change, time to get serious, time to make this lifestyle change permanent!

Keto really does works if you do it right and keep it simple. It's what has been working best for me. Then at the end of August, I added ketones to my life and it was a GAME CHANGER! I wouldn't change anything I'm doing right now except getting my body back into shape (COMING SOON)! I feel AMAZING and I want to share this experience with you!
