As a single mom to two daughters, I had to be really good at more than a handful of things, including: being extremely organized at managing my time and theirs, staying 3 steps ahead of everything that was coming our way, and teaching them to be resilient through humor. When I became a real estate agent, I realized my daughters had already prepared me to provide excellent, specialized service to a particular group of clients. For those buyers who might be new to the East Valley, or new to home buying period, I take a “parental” approach to guiding you. I preview the process so you know what to expect, have answers to the questions you might not have even known to ask, and laugh at everything that still might go awry along the way. They call me a Mama Shark for a reason – I might be laughing with you, but I’ll also always fight F.O.R. you!
