You know in your soul, when it’s time to go

Life could bring tons of pressure in us and sometimes it gets really heavy. The negativity could pass through our bones; killing those tiny sparks of hope, crippling the heart that believes in miracles, and stifling the voice that kept us going. A soul once full of warmth and positivity may turn into a frozen glass----so cold, too fragile, paralyzed in corners of doubts and disbelief. But how do we move from a place full of disappointments, failures and abandonment?

It only takes one decision.To be able to move could mean you have to leave something or someone behind. Someone who might be so dear to you should stay in the past and was no longer worthy of your energy in the present. Leave everything that could weigh you down, including “that” tiny whisper of negativity. Abandon that feeling, cut off that person. Go where you are loved and appreciated. Be your own summer in winter. Slowly, you’ll break-free and little by little you’ll start to breathe again. The decision to run means you protect yourself from anything and anyone who could destroy your inner being. You are your own hero/ heroine. Never let anybody halt your flight, not even the gravity.
