Kim Eastin is a freelance content marketing and social media consultant based out of St. Cloud, Minnesota. She began working part-time in social media marketing in 2013. In July of 2014, she transitioned to working as a full-time content marketing writer and social media marketing consultant, creating Upward Social Media. In her time as a freelancer, she has written for Fortune 500 companies, international brands, and small to mid-sized businesses, writing on topics ranging from technology to nonprofits to education.

As a freelancer, Kim Eastin has had the honor of working with many different types of businesses across a variety of industries. She gives companies content marketing and social media help: assists a variety of clients in content marketing, blog writing, content curation and creation, social media marketing, and social media analytics, as well as assisting new clients in assessing their social media presence and analyzing strengths and needs for improvement.

She lives in St. Cloud, Minnesota with her hilarious husband, two precocious kids, a needy Pitador named Reba, and a goofy Sheprador named Rain.
