A mother’s nervous system is the foundation of the family’s environment, and this class will teach gentle mindfulness techniques to help you navigate your journey with ease & balance. This 1 hour version of Kin’s usual 20-hour birth preparation class is designed to be more accessible. While one session may feel small, sometimes a tiny stone creates ripples - one class can spark a positive shift! ✨
