Cedarwood is one of the first oils we recommend and here’s why: Sleep. The constituents in Cedarwood help support the stimulation of the pineal gland, which is what releases melatonin. Also great to help support healthy hair growth and healthy skin.
There are several different kinds, but our two favorites are the Thieves Aromabright and Thieves Whitening toothpaste. Aromabright for its gentle but versatile formula and Whitening for its familiar “sudsy-ness”.

But really, there is no better dish soap out there, and since the food we eat off those plates goes into our bodies, it’s best to keep the toxins from traditional soaps as far away as possible.
Copiaba is definitely the underdog here - it deserves way more attention than it receives! Copiaba is what’s called a ‘driver oil’, meaning it enhances the effects of oils that you might choose to use alongside it. Copiaba may also be used for anxiety, and is also an anti-inflammatory.
