All About Me!
Ultra-clean Skincare Instrapreneur. Business coach. Fashionista.
I became a mother to my daughter Liberty through the gift of embryo adoption at the age of 44 after 7 cycles of IVF. Like many women I struggled with “unexplained infertility”. I was so blessed to have her and her sister and soooo exhausted I decided to take a career break to focus on my girls.
I’m also a passionate un-talented runner, amateur fashionista and skincare addict. I love all the beauty crack so rather than return to work as a registered nurse I launched a skincare business selling my favorite line of products. I also kept in touch with other women in the infertility community so I’ve been hearing about new research on ingredients in skincare being hormone and endocrine disrupters. While fertility may not be a current issue in my life, balanced hormones & health are.
When I read on Rachel Zoe’s blog about this new skincare business that focuses on ultra clean products without hormone disrupting ingredients I knew I had to investigate. Within hours of speaking with the founders of their company “Hugh and Grace” I jumped in. Here was a chance to combine all the things I am passionate about, great skincare, health & wellness, supporting women with infertility and hormone challenges and educating others on optimizing both.

The story that birthed a company
During Ben & Sarah’s 14 year struggle with unexplained infertility, they learned that products we use daily (including clean, non-toxic products) contain toxic chemicals that can impact our hormones and our health. Motivated by what they learned, they partnered with experts and created high-performing, natural products that help detox, repair and protect the body. They launched this community of Advocates to help share a message of hope that small changes can make a meaningful impact in May 2021 & we are on a mission to change lives for the better.
