Banana Chocolate smoothie
Guilt free and vegan💕
You need:
-2 frozen bananas
-2 cups almond milk (or any milk alternative)
-1 tbsp agave nectar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-add vanilla kefir if wanted to make the smoothie thicker
Instructions:
Just blend and enjoy!
Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yummy and vegan💕
Ingredients:
-2 cups all purpose flour
-1/4 cup cornstarch
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-6 tsp maple syrup or agave nectar
-2 tsp coconut oil
-1/4 cup almond milk (or other alternative)
-1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips ( i like enjoy life brand)
Instructions
-preheat oven to 350 degrees
-mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl
-melt syrup and coconut oil together
-fold liquids and dry ingredients together
-add chocolate chips
-place tbsp size balls on a cookie sheet
-bake for 12 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
