I’m very big on wellness without sacrifice. I love good food + I love working out. It’s all about balance, my friends! Therefore, I eat to workout and I workout to eat! I do a combination of HIIT, running, and lifting. I eat pretty healthy but I balance it out with my fav craft beers + burgers or sushi occasionally * WITHOUT GUILT*.
