I am in a private suite in Aspen Salon & Spa off of College & 69 in Overland Park. I do not double book so my full attention is on your hair only.
🤔How much will my appointment cost?
Each price listed is a starting point. The cost goes up based on a variety of factors like hair length, thickness, starting point and end hair goals. I do my best to give the most accurate quote at the beginning of your service. There is no sticker shock in my chair as I want you to feel completely comfortable spending your hard earned money on my services. I work with a variety of budgets.
I cannot give accurate quotes without seeing hair in person. If you are unsure, in person consults are $25 and can apply to your future appointment.
🤔How long will the appointment take?
New clients please plan to be at salon up to 4 hours for first initial visit. Don’t worry, I have snacks drinks and phone chargers. This allows plenty of time for thorough consultation and to get as close as possible to hair goals. Maintenance appointments typically take 2-3 hours, haircut, gloss & treatments 1-1.5 hours.
🤔What makes a haircut full/transformative?
Full - Taking multiple inches off, adding layers, face framing, thinning, bangs
A basic trim is cutting only the perimeter of the hair (I.e “dead ends”) up to a 1/2 inch
🤔What is Colorwow Dream Filter
A mineral removing pre shampoo spray used to clarify the hair to allow better penetration of color and products.
🤔What are bond builders?
Olaplex is a 2-part in salon system that is essentially insurance for your hair. No.1 Bond Multiplier is a water solution of the bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate active ingredient, and is added directly to the lightening solution that is used in the hair-coloring process. This prevents damage that is inevitably caused by bleach.
No.2 Bond Perfector contains the bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate in a smaller amount, in combination with a variety of conditioning agents, and is applied after the lightener is rinsed out as a treatment.
K18 is a patented bioactive peptide that reverses damage and prevents breakage while strengthening hair and improving elasticity.
