Kristy uses an all foods fit approach and believes weight is not a determinant of health status. She helps her clients develop healthy eating patterns and cultivate better relationships with food. She recognizes everybody has different stressors and challenges in their daily life; knowing this, she works closely with each client to find individualized solutions that suit their needs.

Kristy graduated from the University of British Columbia and completed her internship at Vancouver Coastal Health. She is currently working as an In-Store dietitian at Loblaw Your Independent Grocer in Coquitlam, Surrey, and Langley. Kristy provides a variety of nutrition services including one-on-one nutrition consultations, grocery tours, school-aged field trips, and corporate wellness workshops.
