I have traveled a long, winding road—one that led me deep into the temple of my own being. For years, I silenced the fierce inner voice that dared to desire too big, to feel too deeply, to simply be. I felt I wasn’t enough, I fell short always as —an employee, a wife, a mother—too busy, too stretched, too burdened by expectations. I buried my truth beneath layers of conditioned restraint and self-doubt.

In the silence of lostness and overwhelm, I faced the chaos I’d woven around myself. Every “don’t” I had internalised —don’t stop, don’t feel, don’t be—became a chain, keeping me from the sacred light within.

Then, through the alchemy of energetic work, walls crumbled and old patterns dissolved. I was bathed in the wholeness of love—love that wasn’t split between another and myself, but that filled my inner temple completely. In that clearing, I restored, remembered, and realigned. I stepped fully into my capability to be all of me: balanced, grounded, and illuminated.
