Hey there👋🏼 I’m Kylie!
Wife to Alex, mom of one handsome baby boy, Beckham- also dog mom to Georgie our 130lb Great Dane. Our family resides in the great state of Georgia.

I’m easy going, passionate, loving, and a BIG dreamer.

I was in the dental field for 7 years. Once I became a mom, my husband and I decided me staying home with Beckham was the best thing for our family. I am beyond grateful and love every moment of it. Don’t get me wrong, he makes me want to pull my hair out time to time but I wouldn’t change it for the world!

I love to cook! My mother in law is an amazing chef, and I found my love for cooking from her! My husband was an extremely picky eater when I met him, but he’s starting to come around😉 I guess I enjoy the challenge.

My health has always been important to me, but when I became a wife and a mom the urge to be heathy intensified. I want to be able to be there for my family as long as possible. Life is a beautiful thing. Which brings me to my work now…

I actively use my platform to help empower other women with feeling good from the inside out as well as all around wellness/fitness. I run my e-commerce business right from home/phone. I would love to mentor others to help them succeed with their businesses and personal growth.
