Welcome to my page my name is Lydia, I’m a level 3 Sports massage therapist based in Poole Dorset.
I have recently qualified as a Pilates and wellness instructor. And also providing muscle taping with the famous brand RockTape.
I’m proud to have my own online holistic shop providing natural skin care, body care and nutrition.
My main aim is to help others feel themselves again by promoting wellness, mindfulness and selfcare. 💚

RockTape is a fantastic brand for taping up injured muscles. You may of seen them on Athletes?
The tape is designed to reduce more injury and give pain relief, with giving you the benefit of carrying on with your sports.

Sports massage or Swedish massage

Enjoy a firm deep tissue massage getting in to those tight areas with a Sports Massage, followed by passive stretching and aftercare.

Swedish massage is more a relaxing holistic massage. A full body selfcare. Allow the stresses and tension of your every day life just drift away.

A holistic facial using Ice Globe therapy

This wonderful treatment focuses on your skin. By using the fabulous holistic Arbonne products AGEWELL with its own natural retinol called BAKUCHIOL. Will make your skin feel rejuvenated, rehydrated and skills smooth.

Nutrition

Because gut health is worth it

Nutrition is a big part of my life. Eating the right foods, enjoying the right supplements for my gut is key. I’v suffered with eczema since being a baby. And it’s only recently that I find that my diet has been the main issue. I was introduced to vegan, gluten free plant base supplements and the 30 day plan which I seen an improvement not only in my skin but in myself generally. I have more energy, I sleep better, less bloated and les tiered so winner!!! 🙌🏻
