Hey y’all! My name is Lydia and I am a Birth Doula! I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and I use the knowledge gained there and my experiences as a young Black, Brown woman to inform others and create a safe space for “taboo” topics to be discussed. I hope to provide the information I wish I had while navigating womanhood and make those “scary” topics not-so-scary.
