In 2020 I embarked on my first attempt at “going keto”. The strict requirements of going fully keto just didn’t work for me. So I decided to do a modified keto with Intermittent Fasting which eventually turned into a low carb lifestyle where I eat strategically during the week and fully enjoy food over the weekend! My daily exercise routine includes 4 mile walks five days a week!
