This is your free time - we know how precious it is. That's why we've created this digital guidebook. Here, you'll find everything you need to know about staying with us, from when to check-in/out and the WiFi code, to finding great coffee and the best local restaurants. It's all here.
Please relax, enjoy reading this guidebook, unwind, have fun, and enjoy your stay!

Here's a basic list of things you could consider bringing. We know you’ll have your own needs and preferences, but we thought it might be helpful to consider what else to bring - as we know what amenities we already provide!

▪︎ Access Codes / Instructions
We’ll provide you with an access key code before arriving at your stay. This will allow you to check yourself into the property. Please make sure you have received the code before you travel. If you haven’t received this before setting off, please contact us. There's nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in!
▪︎ Check-in Time
Your check-in time is 2pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so please contact us if you plan to arrive early and we'll do our best to accomodate you (we can’t promise, unfortunately).

▪︎ Kitchen Equipment
• The dishwasher: it's very simple, we promise! We provide a soap that you find in the dishwasher to insert into the flip box container on the inside of the dishwasher door. Then press the program button of your choice - there are a few settings which are obvious - then press the start button.
• The fridge/freezer: you shouldn’t need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know.
• The Stove top and oven: Electric 6 burner stove top, and the electric oven and grill is double width. When grilling please leave the door open.
▪︎ Laundry Appliances
We have a washing machine and separate dryer located in the utility room next to the kitchen. There is a supply of detergent that you’re welcome to use as you wish. To operate the washing machine, simply turn the knob clockwise to the program you want and pull the knob. To operate the dryer, simply turn the knob clockwise to the program you want and push the knob.
You’re welcome to use our TV'S and entertainment system for your personal use.
You’ll find the remote control next to the television. You can log into any streaming services by logging in. Please just remember to log out of your accounts before you head off.
▪︎ Grill / BBQ
There is an outdoor barbeque available for your use. It's powered by propane gas and we do check before each guest arrives that it has sufficient gas for your stay. If it runs out please let us know. Please make sure you leave the grill clean to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
▪︎ Chairs / Tables
There is a dining table and chairs outside for al fresco feasts. Sun loungers are available for your use.
▪︎ Kayaks / Paddle Board
The Villa includes the use of Kayaks and Paddle Boards. Enjoy this activity in the most beautiful lake in the world.
▪︎ Quiet Times
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
▪︎ Breakages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
▪︎ Kayak Care
Be careful with stones as they can break the kayak. Don't let it loose in the lake. When you're done, place it right where you found it.
▪︎ Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping.
▪︎ Pets
We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.

Check-out time is strictly 11:30am. If you require a later check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate it. But please bear in mind you’ll need to let us know beforehand.
If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
▪︎ Check-out Process
Before your departure, we’d appreciate if you would take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the shower.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
