From Burnout and Chronic Pain… to Purpose and Healing

For years, I lived what looked like a successful life on the outside.
I worked in luxury sales, then climbed my way into a fast-paced digital marketing role in Paris, where I spent seven years managing major campaigns, tight deadlines, and high expectations.
But the cost was high.
I was constantly exhausted.
Physically drained.
Mentally anxious.
And underneath it all, I was in pain deep, unrelenting back, hip, and knee pain that no doctor, physiotherapist, or osteopath could truly solve.
I pushed through it for as long as I could. But my body was screaming for change… and so was my soul.
Yoga Didn’t Just Help Me It Saved Me
I didn’t come to yoga as a calm, flexible person.
I came broken, burnt out, and desperate for relief.
What started as a physical practice quickly became a lifeline.
Yoga helped me reconnect to my body but also to something much deeper:
• My breath
• My emotions
• And a sense of purpose I didn’t know I was missing
Through yoga, I slowly healed from chronic pain.
But I also moved through depression, anxiety, and disconnection.
This healing didn’t come from a miracle pose. It came from consistent, mindful movement and self-awareness the kind I now share with others.
I Felt a Calling to Help Others Find What I Found
Healing changed me.
It made me realize that I couldn’t go back to a life that only looked good on paper.
I wanted to do work that mattered.
I wanted to help others feel whole again.
I wanted to support people like me strong, smart, and doing their best… but secretly suffering in silence.
That’s when I made the leap.
I left my digital marketing career and devoted myself fully to yoga therapy.
I traveled to India.
I trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and therapeutic yoga.
I studied the body, the breath, and how to support people in pain because this is more than movement to me.
This is a mission.
What I Do Now?
Today, I help office workers and people in standing jobs nurses, teachers, shop staff relieve chronic pain and stress through personalized online yoga sessions.
Whether it’s back pain, hip tension, knee issues, or feeling overwhelmed I guide you through movement, breathwork, and awareness practices that meet you exactly where you are.
