Like many others, I had a love/hate relationship for the gym or my track and field training. I was not always consistent and whenever I worked out I did it because I had to. One day I thought to myself, that I am too talented and needed to do more for myself. My commitment to change and hard work allowed me to transform my body and mind. I began to eat cleaner, look good, and felt a lot better from inside out.

When I went off to university, I began to help others on my track team, did a part time training at a near by gym and continued to motivate others. I then realize the impact I had on persons around me and how they embraced health and fitness. I wanted to dedicate myself to helping others. This led me to move online, investing every part of myself into Lanii Fitness. My philosophy is simple; change must start from within. This will then transform and unlock the happiest and most confident version of you and then everything else will fall into place.
