Bookings & policy

Lashesbynevaehh operates by appointment,
opened most late evenings during the weekdays except Saturday
Online appointment booking is a lot easier for both me and you.

Cancellation policy:
For some treatments, we may request a $35-$55 booking deposit, deposits can be paid online or up front. For cancellations within 25hours deposits become non-refundable, how ever bookings can be cancelled at least 24hours prior by messaging me on Instagram link is below (no cancellation fee)

Lasteness policy : the time that we have booked your appointment is your time to have a relaxing treatment. Please be aware that arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened to accommodate the next client , please keep in mind we may not have enough time required to apply as many lashes as you would like due to shortness of time and late arrival, To make the most out of your allocated appointment time and to ensure your lashes are look as amazing as possible, it is appropriated to arrive on time and most importantly with out any eye make up. If needed we have cleanser and make up remover (please arrive a bit of time before hand if this is a requirement )

To keep your lashes looking absolute best, you will need to get a refill every 3 weeks maximum

At your refill appointment we clean the lashes, remove unsuitable and apply new fresh lashes

The infill cost depends on how many lashes have been lost/ grown out since your lash set /fill was applied
