Refunds are not granted for any services rendered.

All services require a card on file in order to book an appointment. This card will not be charged aside from charging for services or late/no-show fees.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time will be considered a "late cancel" & your card on file will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.

If you are more than 10 minutes late there will be a late fee, if I wasnt notified prior.

Lashes by Sierra reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointments

•lashes by Sierra reserves the right to refuse service to any client.

A waiver is required to be signed prior to any service.

Services are available to anyone over the age of 15, with parental consent.

Any lash problems must be addressed within 48 hours of the original appointment time to be considered for a free touch up.

Refunds will not be granted in case of allergy, free removal will be offered though. Patch test are also offered before services are rendered.
