Are eyelash extensions safe?
Yes, Lash Out MNL eyelash extension products are completely safe and will not damage your natural lashes when applied using the correct technique.
We make sure that all the equipment we use is top-grade, from the lash extensions to the glue we use to adhere them.
Unlike regular lash adhesives, our glue has a gentle formula makes the application virtually pain-free.
As with any beauty treatment, we recommend that you only trust a trained and certified eyelash extension technician; as the application by an uncertified technician, or use of inferior quality products, may result in damage to your natural lashes, even causing them to fall off.
How do I prepare for my eyelash extensions appointment?
Precious lash application time can easily be used up by the need to clean eyes in preparation for your treatment. To avoid this please come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes.
Be prepared to relax with your eyes closed for 1-2 hours.
Some clients like to listen to their Spotify playlists or favorite podcasts while they get their lashes done.
Please do not bring children to your appointment as you cannot watch them with your eyes closed.
Keep your phone on silent as a courtesy to other clients and your lash technician.
What happens during the procedure?
We will help you choose the design, the number of lashes, type of curl, thickness, and length that would best fit your style and preferences.
We will prepare your eyes for application. Hypoallergenic tapes will be placed on your lids to ensure that your eyes will be closed the entire application process.
Our eyelash application process typically takes 1 ½ to 2 hours, depending on the number of original lashes that you have.
Treatment does not hurt at all, so feel free to enjoy a nap!
Once done, we will give you an eyelash brush for your lash extensions, and shall brief you with after care tips and maintenance.
We recommend that you come back between 2-4 weeks for a touch up to keep your lashes looking full.
What to do after the procedure?

How long does it take to apply lash extensions?

How long does lash extensions last?
Lash extensions would normally last for 4-6 weeks if given the proper care and maintenance. However, we recommend a regular touch up every 2-3 weeks in order to have them look on point.
What are the possible factors behind lash fall off?

Can I swim, shower or exercise, while wearing eyelash extensions?
Absolutely – following the initial two-day period. Provided the proper after-care instructions are followed, lash extensions will not stop you from your daily lifestyle activities. As provided in the after-care instructions, special care in the first 48 hours is very important to maximize the strength of the adhesive bond and allow it time to cure.
Can I get eyelash extensions while I'm pregnant?
Yes! While we allow women in their last trimester to get their eyelash extensions, please remember that lying still for 1-2 hours might be uncomfortable. During the procedure, please inform us if you need to adjust to your best position on the lounge chair.
How do I remove eyelash extensions?
If for any reason you wish to have your eyelash extensions removed, please do not attempt to pull them off yourself – this can damage your natural lashes. Professional removal is quick and inexpensive and protects your natural lashes, so please schedule an appointment with your nearest branch if you would like to have them taken off.

Not true at all. As mentioned earlier, our natural lash shedding cycle ranges anywhere between 2 to 6 weeks. They will always grow back every 6 weeks.

This is not necessary as long as proper care and maintenance is practiced when having eyelash extensions.

Policies
1. We only have a grace period of 10 minutes. Exceeded time of late arrival will result to automatic cancellation of appointment.
* Being late results us to adjusting the slot for the next client or not accepting their booking at all.
a Shall there be room for reconsideration, exceeded time of late arrival will result to Php 250 charge. This is only applicable within a 30 minute time frame. Late arrival beyond 30 mins will be considered cancelled.
2. Cancellations must be done 3 days prior to the appointment. Any cancellation with less than 3 days will require 50% of the chosen service in order to rebook.
3. Come in the salon with clear eye area — no eye make up on, free from mascara, refrain from using lash curlers before your appointment.
4. No Contact lens during lash application
5. It’s recommended to come back between 2-4 weeks for touch up.
6. Lash extensions from other salons shall require removal.
7. Lash extensions can’t be done on lashes that are still curled from Lash Lift.
Protocols
1. We encourage cashless transactions. Payment must be done online to secure an appointment. You may pay thru Gcash or Asia United Bank. Please note that this is non-refundable.
2. No walk-ins nor companions are allowed in the lounge.
3. All lash sessions should be booked online.
4. Anyone with a body temperature of 37.6 C and above, with coughs, colds, or body pains, will not be allowed in the lounge.
5. No hair and shoe cover, no entry policy. Lash Babes must wear a hair and shoe cover during your lash procedure. You may purchase at the lounge for only Php 50 if you don’t have one yet!
6. No comfort room access.
7. There will be frequent cleaning of all surfaces before and after each appointment is done, as well as daily defogging and misting.
