Before using any of your products, make sure to "shake it to wake it"! Since there are essential oil blends (aka the Rejuveniqe Oil) in the products, they may settle and separate some. Shaking it will ensure that all the goodness is properly mixed up for the best results!
This is meant to be used in place of the first wash - just grab a dollop with two fingers (about a quarter size) and apply it straight to the scalp. scrub until the crystals have dissolved, then rinse. It doesn't HAVE to be used every wash, just when you feel like you need it use it in place of the first shampoo! I like to use it 1-2x a month, it’s totally possible to over exfoliate so keep that in mind!
Use a dime to a nickel amount of your first shampoo. Start with small amounts, all of our products are highly concentrated & go a long way. More does not = better. Emulsify (rub between hands until completely white) the shampoo in your hands and apply to your hair, focusing on the scalp. Scrub really well, then leave in for 1-2 minutes. This first wash most likely won't suds at all, and that's okay! This is the "lift" wash where the shampoo loosens up all the build up and lifts it all to the surface.
Repeat the above step with a second wash. This second wash should give you more suds. This is the "rinse" wash where the shampoo cleanses & treats the actual hair strand and rinses away all the build up! If you don't get good suds on the second wash, wash a third time and ADD MORE WATER. Your hair should be completely full of water -soaking/dripping wet when shampooing. Again - concentrated products have barely any water in them so you have to add the water yourself by making sure your hair is so, so wet. I make sure I keep my hair under the shower head while emulsifying and only come out from under the faucet when I'm applying the shampoo to my scalp. It feels so wrong but if you do it right, you'll understand!
You’ll use it (about a quarter sized dollop) before conditioner on towel dried or super squeezed out hair, leave it on for 5-30 minutes, add conditioner on top of it, then rinse rinse rinse. You don't have to do this every shower - just when I feel I need a little extra. I do it about once a month.
Pro tip: keep a clip in the shower so it doesn’t get wet!
Squeeze as much water out of your hair as you possibly can, you can even gently towel dry real quick if you want. Use a dime to a nickel amount of conditioner, and run through your hair, focusing on the ears down. (If you have the IR conditioner it can be used on your scalp as needed!) Leave in for 1-2 two minutes, then rinse.
emulsify shampoo in your hands after you’ve done your first regular shampoo wash. Lather and massage for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, squeeze excess amount, and apply masque like conditioner. Leave on 3-5 minutes. Follow with regular conditioner.
it’s up to you & how frequent you want to use it, but this will help a lot with oil & build up. you'll use it after your two shampoos, before your conditioner. a little goes a long way, just squirt some directly into your roots, lather it, let it sit for 2-5 minutes, then rinse.
squeeze excess water from hair & apply after shampoo from roots to ends (won't lather) to help reduce and heal breakage up to 97%. leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse. you don't have to use this every time you shower, just when you have time / feel like you need it
you'll use this before conditioner on towel dried or super squeezed out hair, leave it on for 5-30 minutes, add conditioner on top of it, then rinse rinse rinse. You don't have to do this every shower - just when you have time / need it.
One of my favorite products, our Rejuvabeads!! Use this on your wet hair after a shower as the first thing before you apply any other product, to heal split ends. A little goes a long way, so just use 2 pumps or so! Use it every 3-4 showers, as it keeps working between shampoos!
/ damage repair leave-in creme: use a dime sized amount on wet hair fresh out of the shower - it doubles as a heat protectant too!
/ air dry cream: this is one of my favorite products for air drying curls - apply it when it’s still soaking wet by scrunching it up into the ends, then apply another small amount to control frizz when its about 75% dry! game changer!
/ blow out cream: use a pea sized amount of this on wet hair fresh out of the shower before you blow dry. it protects against heat but also cuts drying time in half + leaves your hair smooth as buttaaa.
/ curl cream: you'll have to play with this to see what your hair likes - curls are so finicky. some curls love it when its applied to dripping wet hair while still in the shower, then again while drying. some curlies like to wait until their curls are nearly dry to apply some cream for hold. others are somewhere in between! Some curls love a lot of product, some only need a dime sized amount. definitely a trial + error thing! text me if you need some help troubleshooting
/ volume + lift spray: this is heat activated - spray it on your ends for more body, spray it on your roots for more volume! be sure to use a heat protectant, then use your blow dryer! you can use it on wet or dry hair, but works best on wet hair.
/ reshape root lifter: you can use this on wet or dry hair on your roots, it is heat activated though so you'll need to use the blow dryer on your roots for a few minutes
/ frizz fix primer: apply a small amount (start with pea size before experimenting with more) to wet hair after a shower to reduce frizz!
/ heat protectant (anti frizz, thermal protect, or spray): use this before EVERY time you use heat, even if your hair is dry. even if you haven't washed your hair since the last time you applied it. every time. It's silicone free so it won't laminate your hair, either.
/ restore leave in conditioner: this is leave-in conditioner on steroids, + can be used on wet or dry hair to tame frizz, add hydration, + give a smooth look
/ unknot detangler: you'll use this before you brush through your hair, every time. wet or dry. it detangles + prevents mechanical damage - also acts as sunscreen for your hair!
/ intense repair treatment spray: spray this on your thin areas TWICE A DAY. It doesn't leave a residue or sticky-ness. You'll see the best + fastest results by using it morning + night. just 1-2 sprays on your problem areas.
/ the champ conditioning dry shampoo
apply to your roots the night before you know you’ll be oily if at all possible! be sure to only use little spritzes at a time - a little goes a long way + you don't want white roots. if you’re using it in the morning, give it 20 minutes or so to soak in + let it do it's magic!
/ dry texturizing spray: to add volume & grit to dry hair - I like to spray it up into my ends while lifting my hair up in sections.
/ moxie magnifying mousse: can be used for a light, soft hold on waves/curls, or as a root lifter before blow drying! this is one of the few products that you’ll probably use a good bit of. I fill up my hands with a good squeeze + apply wherever needed.
/ glossy shine mist: basically oil in a spray form, a little goes a LONG way! I usually spray it into my hand or on my hairbrush before applying it for a nice shiny finish or to smooth flyaways
You’ll use a dropper full directly to your scalp each day before massaging in 💆🏼♀️
My husband & I both LOVE this product and always keep it stocked in our house!
i love this for hold, i use it instead of hairspray. i just grab a lima bean sized dallop + rub it together in my hands, then scrunch up into my hair after i've curled it. i also use it with a (designated hair) toothbrush to comb down my baby hairs that stick up!
use this twice a day on your eyebrows + at the base of your eyelashes, be careful to apply close to the lid but don't get it in your eye. use for 28 days to see a difference!
Cleanse using only a pea sized amount. It feels like a very small amount but that's the point - a little goes a long way. Mix with just a small amount of water & cleanse your face. Rinse & repeat! Always wash twice. The first wash lifts and rinses away dirt, grease, & debris. The second wash treats!
Exfoliate with the Berry Scrub. A two in one mask & scrub! Use it with no water for an abrasive scrub or add water for a gentler scrub. Rinse right away or leave it on for up to 5 minutes.
Charcoal Mask: i like to apply this in a thin layer after cleansing once. i let it dry, wipe it off with a warm wet rag, then cleanse a second time. i use it about twice a week, but you can use it as often as you like! you can also use it as a spot treatment overnight on acne spots.
Tone with the essence - just shake twice into the palm of your hand & then pat into your face. This is hydrating your skin - essences are used over toner's in asian cultures because toner's notoriously dry out the skin while essences leave it hydrated & prepped to absorb the rest of your products. I've rarely seen an old-looking asian so I think they're doing something right!
Target with C Radiance. Just one pump is enough! Use after your toner step, before your moisturizer step, only in the mornings. Even if you aren't trying to reduce or slow aging, the c radiance is still incredible because it 1) has the highest form of vitamin c on the market and 2) use hyaluronic acid to draw moisture to itself so when you follow it with a moisturizer, it actually stays hydrated all day. it gives your skin the perfect glow & is a huge customer favorite.
Target with Rewind Age Control Nectar. Just one pump is enough! Use after your toner step, before your moisturizer step, only at night. Even if you aren't trying to reduce or slow aging, the rewind is still incredible because it 1) has the highest form of vitamin c on the market and 2) use hyaluronic acid to draw moisture to itself so when you follow it with a moisturizer, it actually stays hydrated all day. it helps reduce scarring, plumps the skin, and helps speed repair overnight!
Target with Botanical Bakuchiol. Just one pump is enough! meant to be used at night - before bed. Use after your toner step, before your moisturizer step (if you have rewind, do rewind first, then bakuchiol). The Bakuchiol is my all-time favorite skincare product - I can't wait to hear how you love it!
Moisturize with the moisturizer. Again, a little goes a long way. A little more than a pea sized amount is all you need, and it comes with a little scoop to make life easier so you don't have to stick your fingers into it.
Eye Smooth: use your little roller ball spatula end to scoop out a tiny amount of product, put it on your ring finger, then dab ring fingers together & tap to apply the product around your eyes. never rub. always use ring finger. It's your weakest finger & therefore will be the gentlest with the eye skin that's very fragile. Then take your roller & roll OUTSIDE to INSIDE. Never roll inwards.
Hydrate & Refresh mist: meant to hydrate your skin all day long! use it after your skincare routine to set makeup or just to add some hydration. you can use it all throughout the day, as much or as little as you want. just spray it on and let it dry!
Sun Veil: this will be your last step in the mornings! Sunscreen is the secret weapon of skincare - protect what you invest. 90% of facial skin damage comes from the sun! It's Skin Cancer Foundation approved, reef-safe, clinically tested, & safe for sensitive skin.
BB Cream: your tinted moisturizer. you can apply with your fingers, a beauty sponge or a brush, whatever you're most comfortable with! it has an SPF 40 so you won't need another facial sunscreen option on days you wear this!
Hydration Booster Serum: an ultra hydrating hyaluronic acid serum that replenishes skins natural moisture barrier to protect from dehydrated skin, leaving skin literally plump to the touch.

1) Cleanse your face 2 times every wash. Dampen face and use about a pea size amount, emulsify well!
2) Berry scrub - 1-2 times a week
3) Essence - do 2-3 shakes into your palm, press into face gently
4) Rewind - 1-2 pumps, nightly! AND...Did you know?
The Rewind Nectar should only be used once a day and it should be used at night only. The reason being it has citrus in it and that can make you photosensitive. No sunlight after using.
Also, if you are using any retinal products they should be used after morning routine, not at night with Rewind
5) Eye smooth cream - use your ring finger to pat the product under your eyes. Then use your roller in an out and upward motion
6) Moisturizer! -a little goes a long ways!
Make sure to take a before picture! You'll definitely want to document the transformation process!!!

Think of it like breastmilk, it's a cure-all. But when it comes to your hair & scalp, the best way to use it is to do overnight oil treatments! The night before you're set to shower, put an oil treatment on your scalp. Just part your hair into different sections & place drops of Oil All over your scalp with the plunger. I use about 3-5 droppers full. Rub it into your scalp with the pads of your fingers, brush it through your ends. Add a dropper full to your ends. Put it up & go to bed! Rejuveniqe is a dry oil so it won't get on your clothes or your bedsheets. Your hair absorbs it! Whenever you have a flexship scheduled to go out, Monat will send you and me an email reminder about a week before in case you need to make changes to it or push it out. Mechanical damage is the #1 cause of damage. Take care of your hair and prevent more damage by using gentle hair supplies. 🥰
this is when your hair may feel + act different / worse. kind of like switching to natural deodorant, sometimes it gets worse before it gets better 🙃

I promise this is a good thing! it means the products are doing their job.

this phase is different for everyone. some people never experience it! it's important to stick with your routine + only use Monat products — if you use other products in conjunction, it'll only make Monat's job of removing build up even harder
