Salon Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to honor all salon policies.
Cancellation
We understand things come up, we value your time and hope you value ours. In the event of a cancellation, please notify your stylist at leas 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours- 25%
Less than 24 hours- 50%
Day of- 75%
No show- 100%
Failure to pay cancellation fee may restrict your future service bookings with your stylist until fee is paid.
Children+Guests
To guarantee the comfort of all clients, we do not allow children or extra guests in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in rescheduling scheduled appointment + may incur a cancellation fee
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the service is required to book. The deposit will be credited to your appointment. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if canceled within 48 hours of appointment date.
Service Change
Please notify us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment if you would like to change the type of service you are scheduled for. Without notice, all clients will be charged the amount of the originally scheduled service.
