My name is Rosse, I am 30 years old. I am Founder and Baker of La vie en Rosse. It started as a hobby and then developed to so much more. I am third generation in the business, my grandmother Carmen baked ever since I have memories of her, and now my aunt Enid followed the business in Puerto Rico.
