Hello! My name is Yareline.
I am a Certified Fertility Awareness/Natural Family Planning Instructor.

I discovered FA/NFP methods after coming off hormonal contraception and searching for an effective alternative. In order to gain confidence in my cycle charting, I worked with an instructor and was amazed at what I learned. If only I had learned about this sooner! I ended up learning two methods.

I enjoy teaching others the valuable, life-changing, empowering skill of being in tune with your body + knowing how to manage your fertility without drugs/devices/barriers.
I offer live, online group classes as well as individual instruction.
I also speak Spanish.

I teach how to chart the menstrual cycle: recording daily observations of vulval sensations and appearance of discharge to be able to recognize the fertile + infertile phases using the Billings Ovulation Method. The BOM can be used for:

•avoiding pregnancy naturally without hormones, devices, or barriers

•optimizing your chances of conceiving

•monitoring your reproductive health

⭐️This is not the Rhythm Method (an outdated and unreliable method)

I also offer a stand-alone Introduction Class (via Zoom)

Would you like to see if the Billings Ovulation Method is a good fit for you before committing to the full instruction? Or just curious and want to learn more? This is the reproductive health class you never got in school!🤓

What this class covers:
• Brief history of Billings
• Basic reproductive anatomy and physiology
• Get an idea of how to recognize fertility/infertility in real time and in any stage of reproductive life to avoid pregnancy naturally + effectively (a skill which is especially useful when ovulation is delayed for a prolonged period of time or early ovulation happens)
• Takes around 1 hour + time for questions

DM me on Instagram or email me if you’re interested in booking this class!
