Welcome to Le Gita Cakes! We have been baking rare and tasty Kueh Lapis and Nastar since 1972. However our story began way before the brand is conceived.

It all started with the story of two sisters who love to bake, but more than anything they care deeply for each other. The older sister marry into a wealthy family who has knack for cooking. Hosting guest and feeding them with the best treats are daily affairs in the household. The younger sister happen to join the older sister in the new household to learn how to be good wife before getting married herself. This is where our grandma learned how to bake and cook.

Our grandma is an ingenuous baker who developed her versions and improved the cooking methods. She started from a single cake and it grows to the brand Le Gita Cakes under the leadership of our parents. Our Kueh has graced the pallate of foreign dignitaries and Presidents of Indonesia. And now, we promise to keep the quality and experience high. Thanks to you, our customers, we can continue this family traditions for generations to come.
