Lemon Tree Wellness Collective Embodiment Studio

A HAES, trauma-informed, all inclusive embodiment and empowerment studio 🍋

Enter the Embodiment Studio- a Health At Every Size, all inclusive (if you have a body, you are welcome), trauma-informed space to explore yourself in your entirety- mind + body + soul + social.

🍋Embodiment is the practice of attending to our sensations, using information from our bodies + mind in a bi-directional feedback loop to shape our overall experience of living in this world.

🍋Embodiment practices use the body as a tool for self-exploration and transformation through self-awareness, mindfulness, connection, self-regulation, finding balance, and creating self-acceptance.

🍋The offerings at the Embodiment Studio will explore movement and cognition on a deeper level, marrying all elements of what make up a human being.

Be part of our bunch 🍋

🍋Do you have an offering you'd like to share with the community but just don't have the space? We are accepting applications for mindful wellness practitioners to use our space for whatever your brain and heart desire. Offerings must be in line with the studio values (HAES, trauma-informed, all inclusive) and honor mind + body. Some examples include but are not limited to yoga, therapy groups, somatic workshops, movement practices, meditation, art workshops, bodywork, energy work, and more. Just FYI, the studio has 10 extra yoga mats, enough blocks + blankets + straps for 20 people, 10 soft floor pillows, 2 firm ottoman type floor pillows, and a bay window bench seat to accommodate attendees.

How To Find Us 🍋 —

The Lemon Tree Wellness Collective Embodiment Studio is located at 709 South 17th Street

We are in a white building with bright yellow door on the right hand side of 17th, directly across from the Fuzzy Needle and Carpet Smart, diagonally from CheeseSmith, and right before Bull City Ciderworks.

Parking is free along the street on either side of 17th or along Queen. Traffic varies, but, rest assured, I have carried large plants (thanks Planted Outpost) or grilled cheeses (drool over CheeseSmith) + the hands and/or bodies of 2 kiddos safely across numerous times without any injuries so I believe in you!
