▪️🐾 Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience of a comprehensive Pet Wellness Plan and designing and piloting new initiatives to meet strategic sales goals.

▪️🤝 Advising a collective of Colombian developers in forming a cooperative, guiding them through the legal and organizational process.

▪️🛤️ Researching the realities of Guatemalan migrants in the U.S. and their families back home, identifying new opportunities to help them build futures in Guatemala through financial services tailored to their needs.

▪️🧑‍🏫 Guest Lecturer at IE Madrid, teaching Speculative Futures and Prototyping to undergraduate students from various disciplines as part of an innovation module.
