Coombo's Projects:

▪️👀 Conducting research to identify opportunities to improve the user experience at the digital touchpoints of a financial service.

▪️🛒 Mapping a retailer's User Journey, and identifying opportunities for driving future business transformation.

▪️🧑‍🌾 Helping an NGO redesign their collaboration process with allies, to enhance their impact.

▪️🧑‍🏫 Training employees at a Colombian financial company in adopting and promoting innovation through a co-designed framework.

▪️🌇 Facilitating a Speculative Design Workshop, involving Medellin's citizens in reflecting on the city's possible futures.

Coombo's Management:

▪️👥 I am currently a member of Coombo's Board of Directors and the Education Comittee.

▪️🐝 Supporting initiatives fostering cooperative entrepreneurship to help build just economic relationships and resilient communities.

▪️🔮 Promoting Speculative Design initiatives, leveraging design to critique reality and engage communities in dialogues about possible and desirable futures.

▪️🫴 Using design to enhance the well-being and livelihoods of older adults in Asturias (my homeland, and a region significantly affected by "the greying of Europe.")

▪️🌍 Expanding Coombo's business globally, so that we can generate value in all the territories inhabited by Coombo's members.
